Terms and Conditions

Last updated: July 31, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of ProComputerGambler.com, including free content, email communications, member accounts, Raw Numbers, official selections, research tools, and paid subscription services. By using the website or purchasing access, you agree to these terms.

1. Website Operator

ProComputerGambler.com is operated by Tom Herbert under the ProComputerGambler name. Questions about these terms, an account, or a subscription can be submitted through the Contact page.

2. Eligibility and Legal Use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access sports-betting information in your location. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws, regulations, sportsbook rules, and age requirements that apply where you live or place wagers.

Nothing on this website authorizes illegal gambling, circumvention of sportsbook restrictions, or use of the service where prohibited.

3. Educational and Research Purpose

ProComputerGambler provides sports-betting research, historical data analysis, market education, Raw Numbers, tools, and selections. This information is provided for educational and informational purposes. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Sports betting involves risk, variance, losing streaks, changing prices, and the possible loss of the full amount wagered. Historical records, systems, projections, p-values, ROI figures, testimonials, and previous results do not guarantee future outcomes.

4. No Guaranteed Results

ProComputerGambler does not promise guaranteed winners, risk-free wagers, fixed income, or a specific level of profit. A selection may lose even when the process or price was reasonable. A historical system may perform differently in the future because markets, rules, players, pricing, and data environments change.

5. Membership Accounts

  • You are responsible for providing accurate registration and billing information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • Membership access is intended for the individual account holder and may not be shared, resold, published, or distributed.
  • You must promptly report suspected unauthorized use of your account.

Access may be suspended or terminated for account sharing, payment reversal, abuse, scraping, unauthorized redistribution, security threats, or other material violations of these terms.

6. Subscription Plans and Automatic Renewal

Paid plans, prices, billing periods, and included features are displayed on the Pricing page and during checkout. A monthly or yearly subscription authorizes recurring charges at the stated interval until the subscription is canceled.

Prices and plan features may change for future billing periods. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated or disclosed before the changed charge when required. Promotional prices and coupons may be limited to the terms shown with the offer.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel future automatic renewal through the subscription or automatic-payment controls connected to your payment provider, including PayPal when applicable, or by submitting a request through the Contact page.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless otherwise stated, access continues through the end of the period already paid for. Cancel early enough for the payment provider to process the request before the next scheduled billing date.

8. Refunds and Billing Errors

Because paid membership provides immediate access to digital information and time-sensitive research, subscription payments are generally non-refundable after access has been provided, except where a refund is required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

Contact ProComputerGambler promptly about duplicate charges, an incorrect plan, unauthorized billing, or a technical problem that prevented access. A chargeback or payment dispute may result in suspension of the associated account while the issue is reviewed.

9. Availability and Delivery

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website, Raw Numbers, member areas, tools, and email delivery available. Availability can be interrupted by maintenance, hosting issues, data-source changes, delayed games, postponed events, internet outages, email filtering, security incidents, or circumstances outside ProComputerGambler’s control.

Publication times and the number of selections may vary. ProComputerGambler is not required to release a wager when no qualifying value is identified.

10. Lines, Prices, and Sportsbook Differences

Betting lines and odds can change quickly and may differ among sportsbooks and locations. You are responsible for confirming the team, market, line, price, start time, grading rules, and wager details before placing a bet. ProComputerGambler is not responsible for a different price, unavailable market, data-entry error at a sportsbook, or a wager entered incorrectly by a user.

11. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

Unless otherwise identified, website text, research presentation, graphics, tables, tools, Raw Numbers displays, selection emails, branding, and original compilations are owned by or licensed to ProComputerGambler.

You may use purchased access for your own personal research. You may not reproduce, republish, scrape, sell, license, publicly post, systematically download, or distribute member content, selections, databases, emails, or tools without written permission.

12. Prohibited Conduct

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, data, or restricted content.
  • Using automated systems to scrape, copy, overload, or interfere with the website.
  • Impersonating ProComputerGambler, Tom Herbert, another member, or a business partner.
  • Redistributing paid selections or member-only data.
  • Using the website for fraud, harassment, unlawful activity, or infringement of another person’s rights.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may link to or use services operated by payment processors, email providers, analytics providers, sportsbooks, data sources, embedded-content providers, and other third parties. ProComputerGambler does not control their availability, security, content, terms, prices, or privacy practices.

14. Corrections and Changes

Research, records, articles, databases, prices, and tools may be corrected or updated when errors, revised grading, new evidence, or changed services are identified. Material corrections should be handled transparently, but minor formatting and clarity improvements may not receive a separate notice.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProComputerGambler disclaims warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for a particular wagering decision, or capable of producing any specific financial result.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProComputerGambler and its operator will not be liable for betting losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, sportsbook decisions, account restrictions, indirect damages, or losses caused by reliance on website content, selections, data, tools, or third-party services.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in services, payment methods, website practices, or legal requirements. The revision date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
